An Administrative Specialist will work closely with numerous colleagues in our Richmond office, as well as at other offices, on various financial, operational and administrative duties. Duties will include processing vendor invoices, addressing customer or trading partner issues, organizing corporate documentation and performing some analytical tasks. Experience with recording transactions in QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
Required characteristics include superior organizational skills and attention to detail. In addition, strong written and verbal communication skills are valued. A superior candidate will be proficient with Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and QuickBooks etc.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
