Administrative Staff

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff to support our daily office operations. This role will ensure efficient coordination of administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies procurement, inventory, and distribution.
  • Handle general correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Assist with travel arrangements (flights, hotels) and expense report processing for staff.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English .
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and good teamwork spirit.
  • Local driving license preferred.
