The Administrative Support and Graphics Specialist provides administrative, documentation, and visual presentation support to the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Program Management Office (PMO) at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This role supports the preparation of executive-level briefings, reports, and graphical materials; maintains organized program documentation; and assists with coordination of meetings and recurring administrative functions in support of Government program activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for program meetings, working groups, and executive-level briefings.
Develop, format, and maintain professional presentation materials, graphics, dashboards, and visual products in support of program communications and reporting.
Translate technical and programmatic information into clear, visually structured presentation materials suitable for senior Government leadership.
Prepare and edit reports, memoranda, correspondence, action item trackers, and recurring status documentation.
Maintain and organize program documentation repositories, shared drives, and records management systems to ensure version control and accessibility.
Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes and action items.
Develop charts, tables, infographics, and formatted visual aids using Microsoft Office Suite and approved graphics tools.
Ensure documents and visual materials comply with Government formatting standards, templates, and branding requirements.
Track and maintain recurring reporting artifacts, briefing templates, and standardized presentation packages.
Support quality review of documentation and visual products prior to Government submission.
Assist in preparing materials for milestone reviews, audits, governance boards, and acquisition-related briefings.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience maintaining structured documentation repositories and version control practices.
Experience supporting milestone reviews, governance boards, or program status reporting activities.
Experience coordinating meetings, capturing action items, and tracking follow-up activities.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
CLEARANCE:
Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
WORK LOCATION:
Remote
