Administrative Assistant to Property Manager

Overview:

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic Property Management team? We are searching for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing organization, assisting our dedicated Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency and providing top-notch service to our tenants and clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a professional demeanor, this position may be the perfect fit for you!

Required Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a positive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic skills required)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Experience with property management software, preferably Yardi

Other Requirements:

  • Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
