Administrative Support Clerk - Remote

ACH Foam Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations by providing reliable administrative assistance and supporting various departments. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy accessibility.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support inventory tracking and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve workflow.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
