About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to support our operations team. This role is critical to keeping day-to-day processes running smoothly and delivering a high standard of service to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Coordination

  • Perform a range of general administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Manage inboxes, respond to emails, and follow up outstanding actions
  • Make outbound phone calls where required to follow up requests or confirmations

Finance & Operational Support

  • Assist with finance-related follow-ups, including invoices, payments, and outstanding queries
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow

Bookings & Intake Support

  • Manage booking requests and client intakes
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
  • Coordinate scheduling and confirmations with customers and internal stakeholders

Customer Service

  • Provide professional and timely responses to customer enquiries
  • Resolve issues or escalate appropriately where required
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and customer experience

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and KPIs
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or support role
  • Experience supporting finance or billing processes
  • Comfort working with systems, CRMs, or booking platforms

  • Tasks completed accurately and on time
  • KPIs consistently met or exceeded
  • Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams
  • Minimal errors and strong follow-up discipline

Work Schedule

  • 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM Manila Time (Monday - Friday)

Work Location:

  • Hybrid Set up (willing to report at Manila SM North Office on some days of the week)
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 50 MBPS)
  • Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
