Administrative Support Operations

Our client is seeking an Administrative Support Operations professional to provide on-site administrative and operational support to senior IT leadership . This role focuses on executive coordination, day-to-day operational support, and workflow organization across the IT group. The ideal candidate is polished, well-spoken, and experienced in supporting senior leaders in a professional office environment. This is an onsite position based in New York City.


Starting at $22/hour.


Administrative Support Operations Responsibilities And Duties

  • Provide administrative support to senior IT leadership, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational workflows across the IT organization to support efficiency and organization.
  • Prepare and update documents, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Coordinate meetings, gather materials, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Support basic expense tracking, documentation organization, and administrative reporting.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation to support IT leadership and team operations.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors.
  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

Administrative Support Operations Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leadership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, well-spoken presence.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor suited for a leadership-facing role.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
