Job Title: Administrative Support
Reports to: Director of Operations and other Project Managers

Job Description:

The Admin Support Position is designed to assist in various areas of Operations and occasionally
Relationship Managers to ensure that Customers and Partners alike have the highest level of service we can offer. The Admin Support staff member’s role is to assist the team with projects and offload some of the day-to-day administrative duties & support functions. The position has the ability to evolve depending on company growth.

Administrative Support Responsibilities:

  • Pre-populate applications and other forms on behalf of our ISV Partner merchants. Prepare these docs for signature and/or submission with information provided
  • Account Maintenance – Assist team members with follow up correspondence, updating vendor forms as needed & outbound communications by request
  • Customer Support Queue – Answer phones and triage support related matters o Facilitate Scanner Support FAQs
  • Data Entry
  • Attend Application and paperwork trainings to be a perform New Accounts duties as needed
  • Must be knowledgeable in certain products and services and their resources to assist customers/resellers
  • Knowledge of each step of the underwriting and implementation process for each vendor to ensure efficient and accurate communication and ability to assist with overflow as needed
  • Assist with projects. This may require admin to temporarily report to other managers
  • Shipping – create shipping labels and take shipments to FedEx prior to shipping cutoff times
  • Billing/Residual Support – assist our Controller on looking items up, account inquiries and minor updates as they relate to residuals and billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
