Administrative & Warehouse Coordinator

France and Company is seeking qualified applicants for a Administrative & Warehouse Coordinator position. We are a local leader in the property damage restoration and reconstruction industry and have been serving our clients in North Central Washington for over 65 years.

This role involves a combination of administrative tasks as well as physical work coordinating the stock and movement materials, supplies, and client's personal property in our warehouse. This position involves the operating of a forklift and requires a good balance of interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Coordinate the movement of equipment, materials and supplies to employees , subcontractors, and clients.

2. Manage stock and orders of materials and supplies.

3. Assist project managers with material procurement and client-communications as necessary.

4. Ensure proper communication occurs with clients and other parties at key stages of the project cycle.

5. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

6. Verify all key data is being properly collected in related softwares.

8. Perform data entry and other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, etc

9. Answer multi line phones in a fast paced environment, take messages or forward the calls accordingly.

10. Assist in greeting customers, visitors and guests as they enter the office or warehouse.

11. Other duties, projects, and activities as assigned by General Manager, and CEO.

France and Company is willing to train the right person for the job; however the following skills/qualifications are mandatory:

1. Customer Service or high level admin experience. (3 years)

2. Prior experience and competence operating a forklift.

3. Competent use of mobile devices, PCs, and software.

The following skills/qualifications are preferred, but not mandatory:

1. Inventory Management Experience

2. Restoration/Construction industry experience

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

1. Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance

2. Able to pass a background check and drug screening

3. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

4. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure with attention to detail

5. Be capable of utilizing computers and mobile technology

6. Solid communication skills both written and verbal

7. Positive and professional attitude-always willing to help

Physical Demands

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.

The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions year-round. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate and occasionally loud.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
