Frank L. Weyenberg Library of Mequon-Thiensville seeks an Administrative/Accounts Payable Aide.

The Administrative/Accounts Payable Aide will provide support to Library administration, by performing typical administrative tasks including accounts payable, cash handling and deposits; and employee onboarding, payroll and benefits; records management; correspondence; and Weyenberg Public Library Foundation support.

This is a part-time, 20 hours/week, flexible position which may include some evenings and weekend hours. Wage range is $23 to $25 per hour. Benefits included are prorated paid holidays, two (2) weeks’ vacation, one (1) personal day, and sick leave. Position is eligible to participate in the Library’s pre-tax health care and dependent care flexible spending program.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand library record keeping and accounting; communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to work independently and to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision. A bachelor's degree is preferred with one to three years applicable financial and administrative experience.
