We are a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to maintaining a professional, positive, and collaborative work environment. As we expand, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant who is also interested in developing into a hybrid HR Coordinator role.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will begin primarily as an Administrative Assistant, supporting day-to-day office operations, documentation, and team coordination — with the opportunity to grow into HR responsibilities such as onboarding, compliance, and employee relations support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including document preparation, and correspondence
  • Create, edit, and maintain files, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and internal communications
  • Support HR-related functions such as new hire onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and policy updates
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and documentation consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience (HR experience a plus, but not required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Interest in professional growth within Human Resources (HR certification support available for the right candidate)

Growth Opportunity:
