Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative / Personal Assistant to support daily business operations and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
Assist with document preparation, filing, and record keeping
Run personal and business-related errands as needed
Support project management and follow-ups on tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping (if applicable)
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Reliable transportation (if errands are required)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
Preferred Skills:
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
