About Us

Aries Interiors LLC, established in 2006, is a specialist in marine accommodation fit-outs, turnkey interior works, and custom commercial interiors. To support our day-to-day operations, we are looking for a dependable Admin (with Purchasing Support) to handle office administration and assist in procurement.

Position Overview

The Admin will manage routine office administration while also assisting in purchasing activities such as sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and maintaining procurement records. This dual role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence: emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records, and support HR documentation.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and internal communications.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and safe storage of company documents.
  • Assist management in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.

Purchasing Support:

  • Source suppliers for materials, consumables, and services as directed.
  • Request quotations, compare offers, and prepare purchase requests.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely supply.
  • Maintain vendor and supplier records.
  • Support accounts team with LPOs, invoices, and basic procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure site requirements are fulfilled on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in admin or purchasing role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
