Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and front-desk operations
  • Handle invoicing, quotations, and job card preparation
  • Coordinate appointments and vehicle pick-up/drop-off schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, parts, and service orders
  • Support the operations team with supplier and customer communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive or garage industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic accounting, and garage management software
  • Passion for cars and high-performance vehicles is a bonus
