Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Office management: Oversee daily operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external partners
- Scheduling: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Documentation: Prepare reports, manage files, and update databases
- Support executives: Provide administrative assistance to senior staff, including drafting correspondence and presentations
- Resource coordination: Manage office supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships
