Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office management: Oversee daily operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external partners
  • Scheduling: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, manage files, and update databases
  • Support executives: Provide administrative assistance to senior staff, including drafting correspondence and presentations
