Position Title: Administrator

Gender: Male

Location: Office-Based (Labor Camp Operations)

Department: Administration / Operations

Reporting To: Camp Manager / Operations Manager

Role Summary

The Administrator will be responsible for managing all day-to-day administrative tasks related to labor accommodation. He will coordinate with tenants, camp bosses, maintenance teams, and management to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accommodation Administration

  • Maintain complete records of room allocations, tenant lists, occupancy status, and contract details.
  • Handle new room bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and room transfers.
  • Prepare and update monthly rent sheets, collection reports, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, notices, warning letters, and NOCs when required.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare tenancy agreements, service agreements, and Ejari-related documents when required.
  • Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) for contracts, cheques, IDs, and tenant information.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation rules, safety regulations, and company SOPs.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and companies staying in the camp.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, cleaning, pest control, and facility issues.
  • Communicate with accounts department regarding payments, receipts, penalties, and renewals.
  • Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally.

4. Financial & Reporting

  • Collect rent as per monthly schedule and submit daily collection reports.
  • Follow-up on bounced cheques, late payments, and penalty charges.
  • Maintain DEWA, water tanker, gas, sewerage, and maintenance cost records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly occupancy and revenue reports for management.

5. Office & System Management

  • Use Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and company systems for report preparation.
  • Update spreadsheets, tenant databases, and payment tracking sheets.
  • Ensure office documents are organized, updated, and easy to access.

Requirements

  • Male candidate (due to onsite accommodation environment).
  • Minimum 2.5 –3 years experience in real estate / labor accommodation / camp administration.
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy contracts, rent collection, and accommodation operations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and communication tools.
  • Good communication in English; Arabic/Hindi/Tamil is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be organized, responsible, and professional in dealing with tenants and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
