Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on WhatsApp, email, and internal tools
- Share shooting schedules, posting updates, and delivery confirmations with clients
- Collect client feedback and requests, and translate them clearly to the internal team
- Proactively follow up with clients for approvals, missing information, or clarifications
2. Schedule & Workflow Management
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly shooting schedules
- Coordinate shoot timings between clients and shooters
- Track editor workloads and assign videos accordingly
- Ensure smooth handoff between shooters → editors → posting
3. Deliverables & Performance Tracking
- Track each client’s monthly video quota and delivery status
- Ensure deliverables are met exactly as per the client’s package
- Flag delays, bottlenecks, or quality issues early and escalate when needed
- Maintain clear records of what has been shot, edited, delivered, and posted
4. Topic & Content Organization
- Maintain a structured list of key content topics and ideas per client
- Ensure shooters and editors are aligned with client-specific content directions
- Keep topic documents updated based on performance and feedback
5. Internal Team Communication
- Coordinate daily with shooters, editors, and ops leads
- Update internal trackers (Google Sheets - CRM) accurately and consistently
- Post clear internal updates on shoot completion, drafts, and pending tasks

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
