Music on Magnolia is a small boutique music school that is currently seeking an organized and personable administrator.
Our team is small, passionate, and supportive, with an emphasis on building relationships with our students and their families.

What to Expect:

We're seeking a fun-loving host to our families and students while facilitating the lesson schedule and collecting tuition.
You would be answering any incoming phone calls, texts, or emails pertaining to the studio. You are responsible for collecting payments, maintaining our students and instructors schedules, as well as responding to new student inquiries. By working in tandem with our other administrators, you will ensure a smooth transition of operations, providing consistency and support to our students, families, and instructors.

Detailed Job Description:
As mentioned above, the admin is expected to maintain and trouble shoot our weekly schedule while collecting tuition in a timely manner. We use Jackrabbit Class scheduling software, Google calendar, and Google drive to manage the operations.
Currently our schedule is pretty full, so most of the job is maintaining our current students requests, as well as regular inquiries from new potential students. You would be the first person potential students speak to, so being professional, well spoken, and the best possible representative of the businesses culture is imperative.

You would work in close communication with the owner, lead instructors, and the instructors for any work related tasks during business hours.

We have live performances at local music venues every two months, all of which our entire staff is expecting to attend. They are always a great time!

Our top priority is maintaining a happy and full schedule of students that feel at home in our studio, and comfortable speaking with instructors or administrators for any of their needs. We strive to connect with our community, creating a special place that everyone loves to visit (and talk about).
