Key Responsibilities: Manage award programs: payments, certificates/plaques, nomination packets, vendor coordination, and A/P processing. Coordinate international meetings and scheduling across time zones. Support membership activities: email campaigns, reports, welcome letters, promo codes, and chapter services. Handle GDPR requests, purchase orders, and invoice processing. Assist with data gathering and administrative support for publications, conferences, and education programs. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Looking for someone who can do heavy Admin Work Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) Experience with contracts, google sheets, and smartsheets 2-4 years administrative experience; nonprofit/volunteer-based experience preferred. Strong communication skills; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage projects independently. Foreign language skills helpful but not required.
