About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator of Chinese nationality to provide comprehensive administrative support across our site and office operations. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual communicator who ensures smooth day-to-day functions, efficient documentation flow, and effective coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to both site and office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Handle documentation control, including filing, distribution, and archiving of project and administrative documents.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for project and management teams.
- Provide accurate translation and interpretation support between Chinese and English for documents, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and event organization as required.
- Assist the HR department with onboarding, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Support the procurement team with purchase order processing, vendor communication, and documentation.
- Assist project teams with daily administrative tasks, reporting, and coordination with subcontractors or clients.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy, functional working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in the UAE, preferably within construction, engineering, or a project-based environment.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy;MS Office certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Salary Range:
AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
