Administrator (Company Formation, PRO Support and Real Estate)

We’re Hiring: Administrator (Company Formation, PRO Support and Real Estate)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to handle company formation, PRO-related work, and real estate administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
  • Coordinate with government entities such as DED, Free Zones, Immigration, MOHRE, Amer, Tasheel, Dubai Municipality, etc.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
  • Assist with licensing applications, renewals, and compliance documentation
  • Provide end-to-end PRO support for clients and internal operations
  • Support real estate administration, including:
  • Ejari registration and tenancy contract coordination
  • Documentation for sales and leasing transactions
  • Liaising with developers, brokers, and property management teams
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and client files
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of tasks on government portals

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with UAE government procedures and online portals
  • Experience in real estate admin support is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
  • Applicants on dependent visas will have an advantage
