We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrator / Course Coordinator to join our team. If you’re fluent in English and Arabic (Chinese is a plus), and enjoy working in a vibrant, multicultural education environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage course schedules, student enrollments, and inquiries
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Communicate effectively with students and parents in English and Arabic (Chinese is an advantage)
- Support marketing and promotion of educational programs
- Engage in sales activities – converting inquiries to enrollments (commission-based)
- Maintain student records and follow up for payments or documentation
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (Chinese is a plus)
- Previous experience in administration or sales
- Friendly, proactive, and organized personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Position open for female candidates only
Work Schedule:
- Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday off, Sunday working
