Administrator / Course Coordinator (Female only)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrator / Course Coordinator to join our team. If you’re fluent in English and Arabic (Chinese is a plus), and enjoy working in a vibrant, multicultural education environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage course schedules, student enrollments, and inquiries
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents in English and Arabic (Chinese is an advantage)
  • Support marketing and promotion of educational programs
  • Engage in sales activities – converting inquiries to enrollments (commission-based)
  • Maintain student records and follow up for payments or documentation

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (Chinese is a plus)
  • Previous experience in administration or sales
  • Friendly, proactive, and organized personality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Position open for female candidates only

Work Schedule:

  • Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday off, Sunday working
