ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Seline Clinic, the leading full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic in Russia, is expanding into the Middle East and is now looking for an organized and friendly Receptionist/Administrator (Emirati National only) to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greeting clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing client appointments, scheduling consultations, and coordinating treatment bookings.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries via email and digital platforms.
  • Assisting with client check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and billing.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as managing clinic inventory, ordering supplies, and handling mail.
  • Collaborating with clinicians and other staff to ensure seamless communication and patient flow.
  • Assisting with marketing activities, including promoting special offers and memberships to clients.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Providing clients with information about our services, treatments, and pricing, and directing them to the relevant team members when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Emirati National (mandatory requirement).
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook); knowledge of clinic management software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working in the UAE healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
