You will gain a thorough understanding of the following:

Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing Center administration.

The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

Must be a licensed LPN or RN within the state of Massachusetts
-
Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college or university
-
Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or health related field.

Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
