Administrator - 16.80 per hour - Monday to Friday, London Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to support our operations in London. This position requires strong financial and administrative skills, alongside a solid understanding of food operations and hospitality standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business functions, with particular focus on finance administration, stock management, and menu coordination. This role is client-facing and requires a confident, professional individual with excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing financial processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, and budget tracking
Supporting menu writing, food ordering, and stock control Maintaining accurate administrative and financial records
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner
Assisting with general office duties and reporting as required Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in administration with a focus on finance
Strong computer literacy Excellent organisational and communication skills
Knowledge in food and hospitality
Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
