Role Overview

UKEC Pakistan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to manage office administration, petty cash operations, and facility coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain financial accuracy, and support IT and maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration

  • Manage and maintain the petty cash imprest system
  • Record, reconcile, and report petty cash transactions
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies

Office Administration & Operations

  • Oversee daily administrative operations
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support operational efficiency and cost control

IT & Maintenance Coordination

  • Liaise with IT support for system troubleshooting
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance
  • Ensure proper facility management and workplace safety

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administration or operations
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA preferred)
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Working Hours

  • Ramadan: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Summer: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
