We’re hiring for two in-person roles:

• Administrator
• Marketing Specialist

1. Administrator – Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all daily tasks across the company (no two days are the same!).
• Manage emails, scheduling, and team communications.
• Provide general support to ensure smooth company operations.
• Maintain records, databases, and reports.
• Help with outreach, event coordination, and partner communications.

Who You Are:

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• A quick learner who enjoys problem-solving.
• Open to handling a mix of tasks and adapting in a startup environment.
• Previous experience is a bonus, but not required.

2. Marketing Specialist – Key Responsibilities

• Focus on marketing, outreach, and sales-related activities.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and community channels.
• Assist in outreach to partners, influencers, and collaborators.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics.

Who You Are:

• Creative, open-minded, and proactive with ideas.
• Comfortable with social media and digital marketing tools.
• Excited about blockchain, Web3, and rewards/loyalty systems.
• A quick learner who’s not afraid to jump into new projects.
• Experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
