Hours - Mon- Thursday 7am-430pm

Friday 7am - 12pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to support our Notice of Assignment (NOA) operations. This role is ideal for a process-driven professional who thrives in structured environments, manages high volumes of data with precision, and is comfortable working at the intersection of legal, financial, and administrative workflows.

This is not a basic clerical position. We are looking for someone analytical, organized, and proactive who can take ownership of processes, manage tracking systems, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue Notice of Assignment (NOA) documents with high accuracy
  • Track NOAs from issuance through resolution
  • Maintain detailed tracking spreadsheets in Excel
  • Document all activity and updates within CRM system
  • Conduct follow-ups via email and phone
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve proactively
  • Manage high-volume administrative workflows
  • Maintain audit-ready records and documentation
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
  • Improve tracking systems and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (required)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Experience working in structured office environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and own processes

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in administrative or operations role
  • Data tracking and reporting experience
  • CRM system experience
  • Compliance, legal, or financial documentation experience
  • High-volume workflow environment
