Manage front-office operations, coordinate tenant communication, and assist with administrative and documentation tasks for real estate offie.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and vendors (in person, by phone, and email).
- Maintain organized filing systems for leases, contracts, and property documents (digital and physical).
- Send rent reminders, follow up on late payments, and prepare basic rent collection summaries.
- Record tenant complaints and maintenance requests, and coordinate with maintenance or vendors for resolution.
- Manage office supplies, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support the Real Estate Manager with lease renewals, notices, and official letters.
- Assist in preparing monthly occupancy and rent collection reports.
- Ensure the reception and office area are tidy and presentable.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of admin or receptionist experience (real estate background preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional attitude and customer service mindset.
