Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support operations within an Oil & Gas company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, purchasing, and inventory management skills, along with hands-on experience using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative operations, including documentation, reports, and coordination with departments.
  • Oversee purchasing and inventory control activities.
  • Enter and update data accurately in the ERP system.
  • Prepare purchase orders, vendor records, and material requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support management in daily operations and logistics coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, handling purchase, inventory, and administration tasks.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
