Job Summary:
The Admin After Sales is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks related to post-sales transactions. This role ensures smooth communication between clients, agents, developers, and internal departments while overseeing documentation, compliance, payment follow-ups, and transaction progress until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post Sales Documentation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all after-sales documents and records.
- Ensure all required forms, contracts, and supporting documents are complete and properly filed.
- Verify transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
Client Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for clients after the sales closure.
- Assist clients with post sales inquiries, required documentation, and process updates.
- Coordinate with buyers and sellers regarding transfer schedules, payments, and handovers.
CRM and System Updates
- Update CRM and internal systems with accurate post sales transaction details.
- Maintain updated records of client communication, payment status, and transaction progress.
- Generate status reports and transaction updates for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or after-sales support (Real Estate is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
