Administrator Real Estate

Job Summary:
The Admin After Sales is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks related to post-sales transactions. This role ensures smooth communication between clients, agents, developers, and internal departments while overseeing documentation, compliance, payment follow-ups, and transaction progress until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post Sales Documentation
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain all after-sales documents and records.
  • Ensure all required forms, contracts, and supporting documents are complete and properly filed.
  • Verify transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.

Client Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients after the sales closure.
  • Assist clients with post sales inquiries, required documentation, and process updates.
  • Coordinate with buyers and sellers regarding transfer schedules, payments, and handovers.

CRM and System Updates

  • Update CRM and internal systems with accurate post sales transaction details.
  • Maintain updated records of client communication, payment status, and transaction progress.
  • Generate status reports and transaction updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or after-sales support (Real Estate is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
