Responsibilities
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Understanding the needs of outsources labour from operation/ execution team and negotiates/ source the best buy through outsource market.
• Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information.Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database
• Liaise with the maintenance department to ensure the repairs/works are carried out in an efficient manner
• Raise LPO‘s, and ensure timely follow up of the payments.
• Coordinate / arrange to collect payments from the client, circulate a copy to the management update payment tracker, and forward it to accounts.
• Coordinate with human resources and HRSS department for arranging medical insurance card/ claim, EIDA card, ATM card etc…for existing staffs/new joiners and ensure smooth settling in of new joiners. Periodic visit to camp for it inspection and handling camp related staff issues.
• Provide monthly reports to payroll with regards to employee’s attendance, overtime, leave and all related information, to enable accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries.
• Assist front line and back of house departments with any administration related queries.
• Resolve any issues within scope of accountability and communicate outcome to appropriate parties:, telephones, printers, pantry equipment, projector etc.
• Manage and coordinate for general office upkeep initiating and implementing improvements where necessary.
