Position Summary
The ERIE21 Youth Program Administrator is responsible for the strategic development, systemic implementation, and collaborates with colleagues to exhibit high-level management of services for secondary students across local school districts (primarily Syracuse City schools), with a focus on regional urban and rural partnerships. A primary responsibility of this role is the oversight of Career & Technical Education (CTE) bridge programming, ensuring a seamless and measurable transition from vocational and technical career tracks into additional ERIE21 programs and high-growth potential pathways.
To ensure industry-leading engagement and retention, the Administrator will architect and manage a performance-based participation framework designed to incentivize student consistency and milestone achievement. This individual is responsible for cultivating a leadership and service pipeline, elevating students into roles as program ambassadors and peer-facilitators to ensure the program is informed by "credible messengers" within the community. The Administrator oversees the delivery of sophisticated, age-appropriate curriculum in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Workforce Futurism, while directing specialized, revenue-aligned pilot initiatives and project-based contracts.
The Administrator serves on a team of individuals who provide holistic student support, ensuring the systematic infusion of wraparound care—including the availability and tracking of transportation, case management, food security, and mentorship.
