Admin/Project Coordinator

Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator

CTC Design (www.ctc-design.com) is a small engineering consulting firm located in Santa Clara. We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and self-motivated professional to join our team.

This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience within the construction industry.
  • A four year college degree is preferred,
  • Must be extremely organized in performing multiple projects deliverable at various stages.
  • Must have excellent and clear oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work well in fast paste environment
  • Must work well supporting engineering staff with project related tasks
  • Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in using various software, to include but not limited to, MS Office, Smartsheet, etc…

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist on project administrative duties.
  • Assist in documenting field testing working along side an engineer in the field.
  • General office manager duties.
  • Help with compiling proposals, and marketing material.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, as needed
  • Willing to pitch in to get tasks done (no tasks is too small)

Competitive hourly pay between $35 to $50 based on experience

Medical Benefit compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
