Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator
CTC Design (www.ctc-design.com) is a small engineering consulting firm located in Santa Clara. We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and self-motivated professional to join our team.
This is a full-time position.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience within the construction industry.
- A four year college degree is preferred,
- Must be extremely organized in performing multiple projects deliverable at various stages.
- Must have excellent and clear oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work well in fast paste environment
- Must work well supporting engineering staff with project related tasks
- Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in using various software, to include but not limited to, MS Office, Smartsheet, etc…
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist on project administrative duties.
- Assist in documenting field testing working along side an engineer in the field.
- General office manager duties.
- Help with compiling proposals, and marketing material.
- Create and maintain filing systems, as needed
- Willing to pitch in to get tasks done (no tasks is too small)
Competitive hourly pay between $35 to $50 based on experience
