What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years’ Project Management experience, ideally within Hospitality, Events, or Lifestyle Industries.
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is Curated to Perfection.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and Stakeholders.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Multitasking skills, with the ability to Manage Multiple Priorities simultaneously.
  
• ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs’
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Good knowledge of Budgeting, Payroll, and Administration Processes is a plus.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in ordering Marketing Collateral, ensuring the progress, timelines, and milestones are executed in a timely, ‘FIVE-Styled’ Fashion.
  
• Demonstrates Sensational Teamwork by acting as the central point of coordination between Management, Suppliers, Creative, and Operational teams.
  
• Meticulously ensures that all deliverables are aligned with FIVE’s Award-Winning brand standards.
  
• Manages the full project lifecycle with Remarkable Attention to Detail, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are Consistently Achieved.
  
• Monitors workflows and escalates potential risks or delays in advance, demonstrating a Phenomenal Sense of Ownership.
  
• Oversees the Smooth Execution of Marketing and Brand events, ensuring Flawless Delivery and Exquisite Flair.
  
• Exquisitely Manages timely and accurate payroll in a manner that consistently Sets the Gold Standard.
  
• Expertly Supports the Finance Functions and/or liaises with the Finance Team.
  
• Provides First-in-Class Administrative Support including Travel Arrangements, Contract Management, and day-to-day Team Support.
  
• Builds Effective Relationships with internal and external Stakeholders, with ‘FIVE-Star’ Precision.
  
• Undertakes additional tasks and projects with a Bold and Energetic Spirit.
