Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Admin & Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative activities at Brainy n Bright. The role involves handling student and parent interactions, coordinating schedules, and supporting sales and center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet students, parents, and visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide information about courses, schedules, fees, and programs
- Maintain student records, attendance, and basic documentation
- Coordinate class schedules, trainer availability, and classroom allocation
- Handle data entry, reports, and daily center records
- Assist with student enrollments and follow-ups
- Support the sales team with leads, inquiries, and basic counseling
- Collect fees and coordinate billing-related tasks
- Communicate with trainers regarding schedules and requirements
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the center
- Support events, workshops, demos, and parent meetings
- Track office supplies and raise requirements when needed
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Experience
- 1+ years experience in administration or front-desk roles
- Experience in education, training institutes, or child-focused environments is an advantage
