Job Description – Emirati Admin/Receptionist

Position: Admin / Receptionist (Emirati National)
Availability: Immediate Joining
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and basic documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate internal communications.
  • Provide basic clerical support such as photocopying, printing, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and report requirements to the supervisor.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of all information.

Requirements:

  • Emirati National (UAE Passport Holder).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to join immediately.
  • Flexible to work full-time or part-time.
