Position: Admin / Receptionist (Emirati National)
Availability: Immediate Joining

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and basic documentation.
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate internal communications.
- Provide basic clerical support such as photocopying, printing, and preparing documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and report requirements to the supervisor.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of all information.
Requirements:
- Emirati National (UAE Passport Holder).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Flexible to work full-time or part-time.
