Looking for Female Admin/Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff
Administrative Duties
Perform general office administration, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain and organize office records and documents (both physical and electronic)
Assist in preparing letters, reports, and other official documents
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Office Support
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support management and staff with administrative tasks as assigned
Ensure the reception area and office are tidy and presentable
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
Proven experience as a receptionist, admin officer, or similar role (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude
