Requirements:
- At least 1yr experience as admin/secretary.
- Experience in Dental Lab is an advantage.
- Good communication and writing skills in English
- Knowledgable in MS Office and with basic accounting skills
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Filing, typing, preparing and collating reports
- Coordinating with clinics to ensure smooth workflow of lab cases
- Processing all necessary paperwork and maintaining appropriate records
- Managing inventory of supplies
- Follow up all the administration work and coordinating all government paper.
