Administration Manager
We are looking for a seasoned
Administration Manager
to lead and optimize administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and a high standard of workplace experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations aligned with business objectives

Develop and implement administrative strategies, policies, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability

Own vendor management, including selection, contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and cost optimization

Manage imprest (petty cash) operations, including disbursement, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting in line with financial controls

Oversee facility management, workspace planning, and office infrastructure to support a productive and engaging work environment

Manage and mentor administrative staff, including office assistants, driving accountability and performance standards

Monitor administrative budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to support organizational initiatives and operational needs

Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes, leveraging best practices and efficiency tools
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration or a relevant field

4+ years of experience in administration, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role

Strong expertise in vendor management, facility operations, and imprest handling

Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple stakeholders effectively

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and organizational capabilities with attention to detail
