Job Title: Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Sheila Bailey

Salary: DOE: $20.00 starting with no experience - $25.00 with vast prior experience

Hours: Every Thursday – Monday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location: 999 Village Road Granby CO, 80446

Job Description:

The personal assistant to the Real Estate Broker, Sheila Bailey. Possible job duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Data entry for clients in our many databases
  • Communicating with leads via email, phone, and in person
  • Answer emails
  • Manage Buyer backlog
  • Data Entry and Tracking of Expenses
  • Canva / Facebook Advertising
  • Great Organizational and Communcation SkillsRequired Skills:
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with email and web browsers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic computer troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong background working with computers
  • Familiar with graphical design and basic photo editing
  • Familiar with FlexMLS, RealGeeks, and Boomtown, Canva,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
