ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARY

Job description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Female Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage incoming correspondence.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, and documents.
  • Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment needs.
  • Maintain office organization and perform general office management duties.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
