Job description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Female Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage incoming correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain reports, and documents.
- Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment needs.
- Maintain office organization and perform general office management duties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
