We are seeking a dedicated female candidate for the role of Admin/Tele-sales Secretary. This position combines administrative, sales support, and secretarial responsibilities to assist our team effectively. We invite all qualified female candidates to attend our walk-in interview. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices.
  • Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably with sales support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
