Özyeğin University is looking for a dynamic and results oriented
Admission and Outreach Specialist
to join our Directorate of Communications. This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening our admission strategies and enhancing the university’s brand presence among prospective students, parents, and educators.
What You Will Do:

Plan and execute 360° admission programs, including Summer/Winter High School Programs and Research Internship Programs.

Represent Özyeğin University at high schools, educational fairs, and campus events to drive student engagement.

Manage end-to-end admission pipelines, from initial outreach to conversion, while maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Utilize Salesforce CRM to track prospective student journeys, analyze outreach and admission data, and provide actionable performance reports.

Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to develop digital and print content that resonates with our target audience.

Coordinate part-time student representatives and support the development of innovative outreach strategies.
What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or client relations.

High proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office tools.

Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and representation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high flexibility for regional travel.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Technical Competencies:

Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud.

Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media management, and basic SEO.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
