Admission and Outreach Specialist

Özyeğin University is looking for a dynamic and results oriented Admission and Outreach Specialist to join our Directorate of Communications. This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening our admission strategies and enhancing the university’s brand presence among prospective students, parents, and educators.


What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute 360° admission programs, including Summer/Winter High School Programs and Research Internship Programs.
  • Represent Özyeğin University at high schools, educational fairs, and campus events to drive student engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end admission pipelines, from initial outreach to conversion, while maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track prospective student journeys, analyze outreach and admission data, and provide actionable performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to develop digital and print content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Coordinate part-time student representatives and support the development of innovative outreach strategies.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or client relations.
  • High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office tools.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and representation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high flexibility for regional travel.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.


Technical Competencies:

  • Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media management, and basic SEO.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
