Admission Counsellor

About the Role: Ariv Education, in partnership with VIBGYOR ACE, is hiring ACE Coordinators to manage on-ground Admissions, Academic Operations, and Coordination in VIBGYOR schools. This role requires proactive individuals who can drive admissions, support academic delivery, and ensure seamless school operations while acting as the key bridge between Ariv’s central team and the school.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive school-level admission processes, including student/parent counselling, lead follow-ups, and enrollment tracking

• Ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations in line with SOPs

• Maintain accurate records of students and faculty for attendance, performance, and schedules

• Handle counselling sessions, admission-related queries, and follow-ups with students/parents

• Act as the primary liaison between Ariv’s central team and school staff for effective communication and coordination

Ideal Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred: Education, Business, or Communication)

• Academic and Admissions background is a must

• Strong interpersonal, planning, and coordination skills

• Excellent communication skills, especially in English

• Prior experience in school coordination, academic delivery, or EdTech is a plus

• High ownership mindset; ability to deliver under deadlines

• Willingness to work full-time from the school campus (Mon–Sat)
