Admission Counsellor – Logistics & AI Integrated Program

About the Role

Route Academy is hiring an experienced Admission Counsellor to manage admissions for our Logistics & AI Integrated Courses. The ideal candidate must have experience in the logistics field and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and CRM.
• Counsel students about our Logistics, Supply Chain & AI-integrated training programs.
• Convert leads into admissions using professional counselling techniques.
• Handle CRM updates, lead follow-ups, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate demo classes and counselling sessions.
• Maintain admission documentation and student records.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Provide accurate course information and maintain high service standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain field (mandatory)
• Experience in education counselling or EdTech preferred
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English
• CRM handling experience is an added advantage
• Good convincing and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualification

• Any degree/diploma is acceptable
• Candidates with logistics background preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
