Position Title: Admission Counselor
Reports To: School Principal or Admission Manager

Role Summary
The Admission Counselor is responsible for managing the student enrollment process, including promoting the school to prospective families, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a positive experience. The role involves engaging with parents, evaluating applications, and collaborating with school staff to maintain enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Recruitment and Outreach:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.
- Represent the school at fairs, open houses, and community events.
- Build relationships with local feeder schools, parents, and educational organizations.
- Counseling and Support:
- Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective families about school programs, values, and admission criteria.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Admission Process Management:
- Guide families through the application process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Schedule interviews, tests, and campus visits as part of the evaluation process.
- Marketing and Communications:
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials.
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms and manage the admission webpage.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate admission records and generate reports on enrollment trends.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies for improving admissions outcomes.
- Collaboration:
- Work with teachers, administrative staff, and other departments to coordinate admission-related activities.
- Support new students and families during the onboarding process.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in admissions, counseling, or education is an advantage.

- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
