Admission Counsellor (Telecalling)

ExtremEdu is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with students and parents regarding medical admission guidance (MBBS, BDS, MD/MS, etc.). The role involves explaining our services, generating quality leads, and supporting students in their admission journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided data.
• Respond to inquiries from social media and website leads.
• Clearly explain our medical admission counselling services.
• Schedule appointments for counselling sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. (Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.)
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior telecalling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
