Responsibilities of Admission Counsellor in School
- Student Enquiry Handling – Respond to admission queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counselling Parents & Students – Provide detailed information on curriculum, teaching methods, facilities, and fee structure.
- Admission Process Management – Guide parents through application forms, required documents, and admission procedures.
- Follow-up Communication – Regularly follow up with prospective parents to encourage enrolment decisions.
- School Tours & Orientation – Organize campus visits, open houses, and orientation programs for parents and students.
- Database Management – Maintain updated records of enquiries, applications, and admissions in the school’s system.
- Coordination with School Staff – Work closely with the Principal, teachers, and admin staff to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Marketing & Outreach Support – Assist in promotional activities, school events, and education fairs to attract admissions.
- Reporting – Share regular updates on enquiry status, conversion ratios, and admission trends with school management.
- Parent Relationship Management – Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
