Primary Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, career paths, and admission procedures

* Handle student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms

* Explain program details, fees, scholarships, and timelines

* Guide applicants through the application and documentation process

* Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions

Admission Process Management

* Assist students with application form filling

* Verify academic records and eligibility

* Coordinate interviews, entrance tests, or assessments

* Issue offer letters and admission confirmations

* Follow up with applicants to ensure enrollment completion

Student Engagement & Follow-Up

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students

* Track leads and update CRM/admission systems

* Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

* Support students during orientation and onboarding

Coordination & Reporting

* Coordinate with academic departments and finance teams

* Maintain accurate admission records and reports

* Prepare daily/weekly admission status reports

* Meet admission targets and timelines

Compliance & Professional Standards

* Ensure adherence to institution policies and regulatory guidelines

* Maintain confidentialityof student data

* Provide ethical and transparent counseling

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
